You get the idea.  The loans we’ve made to trail businesses run the gamut.  In total, we’ve made 23 loans to 14 businesses in the Trail Towns. Loans totaling $2.7 million have leveraged an additional $4 million in business owner investment.

The Trail Town Program^® is an initiative of The Progress Fund, a Community Development Financial Institution that creates jobs and improves communities by providing entrepreneurial coaching and capital.  Few conventional lenders tailor their offerings to small, rural businesses.  The Progress Fund, however, specializes in loans within the tourism and hospitality industries, and has a dedicated loan pool in the Trail Towns.
