The Progress Fund has purchased and rehabilitated properties that are now home for new businesses.  Many of the gateways to the Trail Towns are faced with blighted properties that are unwelcoming.  By taking on the Real Estate Development Initiative along the Great Allegheny Passage, former eyesores are now welcoming cyclists to go a little bit further in the towns and even spend the night where they once could not.
